In This Episode I will Show you How To Make Vegan Pozole Rojo With Jackfruit Meat.

Ingredients:

2 Cans Of Hamony (the large cans 6lb )
2 Bay Leaves
3 Large Onions
3 Heads of Garlic
3 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Rock Salt (added it till the end)
5 Cans of Jackfruit ( Prepared I will Leave the Link Below )
The Jackfruit cans are about 17 Ounces Each

For the Red Sauce:

15 Guajillo Peppers
5 Ancho Peppers
5 Morita Peppers
5 Piquin Peppers
10 Arbol Peppers
1 Large Onion
15 Large Garlic Cloves
About 2 Cups of the Same Water we used to Soften our peppers.
1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
2 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Whole Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
Oil ( Any Neutral Vegetable Oil will work )
For the Salsa, Dip, Aioli, Must Have Yummy Goodness:

1 Large Onion
10-14 Large Garlic Cloves
1 Small Handful of Arbol Peppers
A Pinch of Salt
Oil (any Neutral Oil will work)
Toppings I Used:

Purple Cabbage
Cilantro
Onion
Radishes
Avocado
Lime
Oregano
Red Chili Flakes
