Escoffier student Amy G. shares her experience with the online Plant-Based program. As she eased into retirement she was looking for something that would be fulling and educational, and her search led her to culinary school. Being a lacto-ovo vegetarian, she was thrilled to discover not only a plant-based culinary program but an online one that fit her lifestyle.
