Dhaba Style Aloo Matar Sabji #recipe #shorts

Recipe:
1. Ingredients:
- Curd
- Haldi (Turmeric)
- Garam Masala
- Kadhai Masala: Saunf, Kashmiri Lal Mirch, Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
- Boiled Peas
- Boiled Baby Potatoes
- Oil
- Chopped Onion
- Curry Leaves
- Garlic (Water or Garlic Paste)
- Chopped Tomato
- Sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Kasuri Methi
- Cilantro Leaves (for garnish)

2. Method:
1. In a bowl, take curd and add haldi, garam masala, and kadhai masala.
2. Add salt and red chilli powder to the curd mix.
3. Mix boiled peas and boiled baby potatoes into the curd mixture.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, curry leaves, and garlic water/garlic paste.
5. Add chopped tomato to the pan.
6. Pour the curd mix into the pan and stir.
7. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and kasuri methi.
8. Let it cook until the dish is ready.
9. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
