Flying Dahi Bhalle Recipe

Ingredients:
- Urad dal soaked for 6 hours - 1 cup
- Hing - 1/4 teaspoon, Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon, Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Thick curd - 2 cups, Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper, jeera powder, green chutney, red chutney, pomegranate seeds, sev, coriander, chat masala - for garnish

Method:
1. Grind soaked urad dal with hing, baking soda, and salt until smooth. Fry small portions until golden.
2. Whisk curd with sugar until creamy.
3. Dip fried bhalles in water, squeeze out excess, and plate them.
4. Pour curd and garnish with spices, chutneys, pomegranate seeds, sev, and coriander.

Serve immediately and enjoy this festive treat!
