Recipe:
Ingredients:
• Paneer – 100g
• Peri Peri Masala – 1 tsp
• Curd (Dahi) – 2 tbsp
• Water – 1-2 tbsp
• Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
• Health Factory Zero Maida Bread – 2 slices
• Onion – finely chopped
• Cucumber (seedless) – finely chopped
• Tomato (seedless) – finely chopped
• Coriander Leaves – chopped
• Peri Peri Masala – for garnish
Method:
1. Prepare the Dip:
In a mixer, blend paneer, peri peri masala, curd, water, and lemon juice into a smooth, creamy paste. This will be your healthy mayo substitute.
2. Toast the Bread:
Toast the zero maida bread slices @thehealthfactoryindia on a pan until golden and crispy.
3. Assemble the Toast:
