10 MINUTE ARMS WORKOUT for women over 50 with dumbbells | Biceps Burnout follow along.
Women over 50 arms workout for women with dumbbells. Join me for a 10 minute workout I am calling the 7s biceps burnout. This workout can be done at home or the gym, all you need is your dumbbells and a chair or bench! If you are a beginner you can do this workout, follow along with me to learn the exercise and correct form without weights, a very light weight or bottles of water. If you are experienced then you know what you need to do to make it challenging for you!
We will do 7 reps of 3 different curl types back to back without resting (so 21 reps in a row in total). We will do 6 sets, resting in between each set. ONE SET IS:
7 reps of Bottom Bicep Curls
7 reps of Top Bicep Curls
7 reps of Full Bicep Curls
