FAT LOSS TIPS (PART 2) | How to lose fat and maintain muscle
How to eat healthy for life. These everyday eating habits helped me lose fat and maintain muscle for my bodybuilding competition last year. My healthy eating habits may help you with your weight loss goals or just to start eating in a more healthy way. I hope you find some of my tips helpful!
AS A QUICK RECAP MY 6 TIPS I SHARED IN MY FIRST VIDEO ARE:
TIP 1 Intermittent fasting
TIP 2 Drink lots of water
TIP 3 Reduce the amount of highly processed foods you eat
TIP 4 Record everything you eat or drink.
TIP 5 Make sure you get enough protein
TIP 6 Try not to have trigger foods in the house.
