Does WEIGHT LIFTING FOR WOMEN OVER 40 cause pelvic organ prolapse?
Today’s question was a comment made on a video where I mention having pelvic organ prolapse surgery last year. This isn’t something I've talked a great deal about on my channel partly because it seems to be a topic associated with shame and embarrassment and rarely discussed. But it's a common condition, so I’ve decided it’s time to get talking and remove the shame and fear.
