Being responsible for ourselves rather than looking at others for the answers

Since becoming a mum 8 years ago and actually becoming responsible for another human being, I like many mothers wanted everything for my daughter that I didn’t necessarily have or rather felt I had.

For me this was good mental emotional and physical health. After having her I had none of these I was a mess and hit the bottom.

I discovered though that the only person able to fix me was me and I have had to learn how to do that.
