ingredients:
400 g bread flour
1.5 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. sugar
250-270 g warm milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

所需材料:
400克高筋面粉
4.5克活性干酵母
6克盐
15克糖
250-270克温牛奶
30克融化黄油
1个鸡蛋
180度烤30分钟。
