Building the CAMP FIRE PIT at the new BUSHCRAFT BASECAMP

In this short video I head out into the woods to the site of my new camp. In my last video I began to clear the area, today I would build the camp fire pit.

Building a new bushcraft basecamp is an opportunity for me to get outside and be active while so much of my life has been temporarily shut down due to the 2019-20 Covid-19 pandemic. Like many of us, I'm off work and isolated. Fortunately I have access to a large patch of woods that I can get into without driving or interacting with anyone else.

I'm hoping to spend a bit of time each week working on building a little bushcraft campsite that I can get out to and keep busy.
