Polish Roast Duck with Marjoram and Apples

This classic Polish recipe is super easy! If you've never made roast duck, this is a great way to start. If you’re a fowl roasting pro, you'll appreciate it for its flavor and versatility. It pairs with duck fat potatoes, mashed potatoes or noodles. It's excellent with braised cabbage, roasted vegetables or even cranberry sauce.
