Jaguar Hunts Anaconda

Watch how this jaguar drags a huge anaconda on the ground. The anaconda seems to be coiled around the jaguar’s head, but it’s not the case. The jaguar is biting into the anaconda, so it can take it somewhere to finish it off. What a powerful cat the jaguar is. What an amazing sight! On the banks of the Pantanal, two of Brazil's apex predators collide, and despite a valiant effort by the Anaconda, the Jaguar emerges victorious. Sightings like this don't happen very often, so for the individual filming, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. A jaguar battles an anaconda on the riverbank, and just when the large snake tries to escape, the big cat closes his powerful jaws on the snake to crush it.

Taking size into consideration, jaguars have the most powerful bite of all the big cats, including lions and tigers. A black panther is a large cat of any species, but most typically a jaguar or a leopard with a black coat. This name is thought to have come from the Latin word Panthera, which means "large cat," and was likely abbreviated from Black Panthera to Black Panther. It's a leopard if you see a black panther in Africa or Asia and a jaguar if it’s found in North, Central, and South America. A python battles a black panther in this video. Apparently, this anaconda was starved for months, so when it attacked the big cat, it gave it no chance.

Jaguar Hunts Capybara

Two jaguar orphans team up to take down a capybara. The two cats jump into the water and chase the large rodent. After a little chasing around, the cats grab the rodent and drag him out of the water, prepping him for lunch. Jaguars in the Pantanal, in Brazil, feed mainly on caimans and crocodiles, but they do catch capybaras from time to time. In this incredible video, the Capybaras were just too close to the Jaguar for her to resist, and she got her timing spot on. The Capybara made a mad dash for the river, but ultimately came up short, and despite an amazing effort, succumbed to the strength and sheer power of the Jaguar.

A jaguar stalks a capybara taking a swim and when he feels the time is right, he jumps on the huge rodent and kills him, before dragging the animal out of the marsh. This jaguar is stalking a few capybaras on the beach when it decides to run for the kill and ambush one of the large rodents. The capybaras sprint into the water, but that doesn’t stop the big cat from joining them for a swim and grabbing one at the same time. Next time, they shouldn’t go for a swim at a beach where the lifeguard wants to kill them more than save them. A jaguar chases a capybara on the beach, and it’s an easy grab for the big cat, to say the least. The capybara tries to wriggle itself out of the feline’s mouth, but it’s impossible.
