According to sources, Rhea Chakraborty will be called in for questioning and Dipesh Sawant will also be cross-examined by the Narcotics Control Bureau. NCB, Dy Director, KPS Malhotra stated, ‘There is no term in NDPS Act which says, drug peddler or user. The offences are covered under usage, consumption, transportation & other logistics’.
