Anupam Kher on Sushant's long battle for justice; are facts suppressed? | Frankly Speaking

On Frankly Speaking with Navika Kumar, Anupam Kher who portrayed the role of on-screen dad and off-screen mentor. Shares his views pertaining to Sushant Singh Rajput's death and what is it that he finds mysterious and why he is not able to come out of the shocking incident.

Sushant Singh Rajput who was a middle-class boy had dreams and aspirations in different fields that are offered to students, everybody has accepted the theory of depression, but what is important to note that 60 days have passed by and the investigation is still in the process, the idea of justice remains intact in each one of us. Anupam Kher says that he is still shocked and surprised because he feels that a person like Sushant who is a shining star took a big step, he feels that a probe is necessary in the case and it will avoid the chaos that exists.

'It is important to speak out the lapses in the investigation because today Sushant died but tomorrow it can be any one of us', says Anupam Kher. Sushant's death can be symbolic of how a dream is crushed halfway. Anupam Kher also believes that it is wrong for him to make casual statements pertaining to the case, he believes that people tend to feel lonely but Sushant let that feeling overrule his life.

'Justice is not served on the plate but families fight for years and the world needs to unite and support them and stand in solidarity', says Anupam Kher.
