TIMES NOW accesses smoking gun which no other channel has accessed. 2 S.O.S messages were sent by Sushant's father via WhatsApp (Feb 19 & 25, 2020) to DCP Bandra, who later acknowledged it in WhatsApp itself.

Mumbai Police official statement says The then DCP Zone 9 had called Sushant’s father & requested him for a written complaint. However, Sushant’s father wanted this case to be ‘resolved informally’. in an official statement, confirms that it wanted Sushant Singh's father to file a formal and written complaint.

TIMES NOW accesses a High Court judgment that suggests that electronic complaints can be turned into an official complaint and can be acted upon.
