Round 1
2 Rounds, 4 exercises - 60 seconds
1. Wall lunge (right)
2. Wall Lunge (left)
3. Bicep Curl to Side Raise
4. Climbing Crunches

Round 2
3 Rounds, 3 Exercises - 40 sec on/ 20 off
1. Squat jump/ Twist
2. Push up/ 2 Jacks
3. Abs- Knee to straight leg

Round 3
2 Rounds, 4 exercises - 60 seconds
1. Goblet Squat Pulse
2. Bear Row to Plank Row
3. Curtsy Lunge pulse
4. Ab Crunch to Russian Twist

Round 4
1. Switch Lunge to Side Lunge
2. Min Climber Hop in
3. Run up/ Skate Back

Round 5
1. Front Lunge Toe Lift (1/2 on one side)
2. Tricep Press (slow, than fast)
3. Side Crunch to plank Crunch (left)
4. Side Crunch to plank Crunch (right)

Round 6
1. Double Jump Rope
2. Full Burpee
3. Quick Run / Touch Down
