A crash course on using the Big Green Egg grill. From starting it, to temp control to cleaning.

One thing I forgot to mention is what to do after the charcoal is lit. I close the dome, adjust the vents and allow the temperature to come up slowly. It's much easier to increase the temp then to overshoot and try to drop it down.
