EASY FRIED FISH RECIPE NO MILK NO EGGS|| TARTAR SAUCE RECIPE EASY||
In this video you will discover the most easy recipe for fried fish with no milk and no eggs in the recipe. As a bonus, a tartar sauce recipe that is easy and delicious!
This recipe is foolproof and takes such a short time to make!
It is easily re-heatable ( is that even a word!!) by putting it on your plata uncovered on Shabbat/or Yom Tov or for extra crispness, you can double fry it ( even on the Holidays) NIIIUUUUUMMMM!

Fried fish recipe:
Ingredients:
haddock fillet 1.2kg
salt 2g / 1/4 teaspoon
black pepper 1g / 1/8teaspoon
all purpose flour 70g / 1/2cup
oil for frying
all purpose flour 150g / 1cup
corn starch 75g / 1/2cup
baking powder 4g / 1 teaspoon
salt 2g / 1/4 teaspoon
baking soda 1g / 1/4 teaspoon
chili powder 1g / 1/4 teaspoon
white vinegar 2g / 1/4 teaspoon
Put dry fish in flour
Prepare batter
Adding salt pepper flour with corn starch baking powder baking soda and then adding water little by little until the batter does not separate when you spoon it out of the bowl
Add vinegar to add the airiness to batter /forming bubbles
Coat would fish with batter , tap our excess batter and put in oil
Baste the fish with oil until golden
Set on paper towel
Eat hot dipped in our easy and delicious TARTAR SAUCE!

½ cup ( 125g) mayonnaise
¼ -1/2 tsp (0.5g-1g) garlic powder
¼ -1/2 tsp (0.5g-1g) onion powder
1 pinch salt ( adjust to taste)
1 tbsp (15g) lemon juice
1-2 tbsp (15g) capers
1 tbsp (30g) finely chopped sweet or dill pickles
black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Put all of the ingredients together and mix!
If you have more time you can put everything in a food processor!
