37歲的青山周平早前因為在某節目爆改北京胡同老屋而走紅。這一次，他接受了更大的挑戰：改造清代蘇州老宅！3200㎡的宅子，1800㎡都被做成了共享空間，廚房、泡池都是共享的。青山希望客人們：“能從自己的房間裏走出來，産生新的交流”。
