Meet Bob O'Connor, a CDL holder and driver for Roehl Transport. 1 year ago, Bob decided it was time for a career change. Not only did he need to pass multiple written tests and a skills test, he also needed to have a minimum of 6 months experience of over the road driving in a commercial vehicle to even be considered for a job in trucking. With this information, Bob began to research truck driving schools. Bob's neighbor worked at a local community college and during a discussion, his neighbor mentioned they had a truck driving program. There was a problem. The cost. Bob learned it was going to cost him upwards of $5000.00 to attend truck driving school. With no job and no savings, this was going to be next to impossible. Bob decided to do some research online and see what his options were. During his research, he kept stumbling upon results that mentioned "company-sponsored CDL programs", where trucking companies offer paid CDL training (you essentially get paid to get your CDL).

In comes Roehl.
