Whole Foods Plant Based Falafel Recipe!
Falafel Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cans of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
6 Tbsp veg broth
1/2 cup onion chopped
6 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp miso
1/2 cup chickpea flour
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
6 Tbsp parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pulse all items together (Expect chickpea flour) in food processor.
Mix in chickpea flour by hand into mixture
Form falafel patties onto parchment paper baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes
