Most people don't know what staying lean long-term looks like in reality. The fitness industry has skewed many perceptions on maintaining a low body fat percentage, such as 10% body fat. Many influencers will stay at 8% body fat or even lower all year round, promoting the shredded lifestyle. The reality is that such a physique isn't maintainable for the vast majority of people.
In this video, I share what you need to know and expect on your journey if you're looking to get lean and stay lean.
