In this episode, Dane seeks out the last shepherd in the Gardunha mountain range who still herds his goats up the slopes everyday. Gardunha is an old rocky range in the interior of the Portuguese countryside, and it used to be teeming with shepherds and their flocks, but now its just down to one.
Antonio the shepherd makes a traditional goat cheese which has been passed down in his family for many centuries, and he is brimming with incredible stories, and the wisdom passed down from his ancestors.
