Ingredients:
For the meat: boil
5lbs pork loin ribs(or your choice of meat)
1 onion
9 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
Salt (your liking)

For the sauce: boil
20-25 chile guajillo
5 chile de árbol
3 chile pasilla
Blend with
3 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1 cube of chicken bouillon
1/2 spoon of oregano
1/2 spoon of cumin
1 spoon salt

1 can of hominy
