Wall Street Landlords in cities like Nashville could be getting ready to sell their houses. That's because they are now struggling to rent many of the properties they purchased during the pandemic, with rents declining as a result.

In this neighborhood south of Nashville, there are 10 properties available for rent from big institutional landlords. And they are all cutting the rent.

Meanwhile, the profitability of these rentals has tanked due to the surge in interest rates. Creating pressure on these landlords to sell.
