Let's KAYAK PICTURED ROCKS NATIONAL LAKESHORE with Pictured Rocks Kayaking on the beautiful Lake Superior!

In today's vlog we are doing one of the MOST TOURISTY things to do when up in the Upper Peninsula, we are kayaking along the shores of Pictured Rocks on Lake Superior! In the last video, we explored Pictured Rocks by foot from above but kayaking the lakeshore gives you a totally different perspective. And it is a perspective that I think you NEED to do while in the UP!

There are several different companies to choose from when planning your kayaking tour along the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. After a lot of research and suggestions from friends, I decided to go with Pictured Rocks Kayaking (https://paddlepicturedrocks.com). The Kayak tour is approximately 4-5 hours long. This company is the only company to launch you from the water. You kayak 5 miles along the beautiful shore line and end at Chapel Rock. The cost of the tour is $158/person.

This was definitely the highlight of my trip in the UP. I can't recommend this company and tour enough! It is definitely something you NEED to do while in the area!
