MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF THE DB METHOD. Is the DB method worth the money? Does it actually give you a good quarantine full body home workout?
I am someone who loves to hit the gym on my days off. I use it as a stress reliever. Here in Michigan our gyms have been closed since March. So naturally, I’ve been trying to find home workout options and equipment.

The DB Method, is one of the IG and Facebook ads that kept popping up and I’m not going to lie, it peaked my interested. So I decided to invest $229 into some home workout equipment to get me by until the gyms open up.

In today’s video, we are going to assemble The DB Method machine and give it a try. Here are my FIRST, HONEST and REAL impressions of the DB Method.
