Prelicensure Skills Using a Spirometer is an immersive clinical training VR application that teaches you how to prepare for and assess peak flow and perform spirometry for patients who have lung disease or abnormalities.

Prelicensure nursing students use the Cloud-based Prelicensure Clinical Skills system and their Oculus Quest 2 to practice and demonstrate clinical skills competencies “anytime, anywhere”. No travel is required, availability of practice is nearly unlimited, analytics of learning outcomes provide insight for every aspect of clinical skills labs, learner performance, and learner and class skills gaps.

Additionally, research shows that learners acquire clinical skills more rapidly, with fewer errors, and retain learned skills longer through immersive learning experiences.
