Tesla Off-Grid-Charging. Overheat, Overload and Disconnect... IT WORKS!

This is the big moment! One of the main reasons to build this battery was to charge the Tesla from this off-grid setup. Will it work after the grounding issues we discovered in the last video?
I slowly ramp up the charging speed and check inverter and battery during the process. I discovered one connection which got a tiny bit warmer than the rest and the fuse... oh, yeah, the fuse. Not sure what happened there but I have to change this definitely. Is you fuse getting hot as well?
And the terminals, should I sand them down, polish them before connecting the busbars? I'm getting inconsistent voltage drops across the connections...

Another very successful day in the Off-Grid-Garage as we finally charge the Tesla from our DIY off-grid system. I can't believe it's working!
