Why compressing battery cells is (not) worth it - Here is what I found...

Should you compress you battery cells or not? After having a look at the new updated specs of the battery cells, it clearly shows compressing the cells will prolong their life.
But how do you do it and is it worth it? I did some digging and here is what I found so far.

I would be interested on how you have compressed your cells and how you have found the right pressure? How do you ensure the pressure stays constant?

EVE-280 cells should these be clamped tight or spaced for expansion?
