Big problem with inverter grounding! No Tesla charging?

After a lot of testing, there was finally the big moment to connect the Tesla charger to the inverter. This was always one of my main goals to built this entire off-grid-system. Well, I failed! The charger showed an error and the vehicle did not charge. After doing even more testing I found the problem but no real solution... Do I need to invest in another inverter?

To make this clear, this is not a problem with the XIJIA inverter or any other equipment I am using. Some devices need the Neutral to Earth bonding to function correctly. From a safety perspective, there is nothing wrong with the inverter and it will work with all other devices you connect to it.

PLEASE DON'T DO THIS WITH YOUR INVERTER. I have done considerable testing and know what I'm doing. This video is just for information purposes but does not provide any instructions, training or advice.
