Here's exactly what we spent:
• Flooring (original 1910 hardwood): $4,621.88
• Kitchen (countertops, LVP, sink, dishwasher): $3,009.97
• Bathroom: $2,215.59
• Washer & Dryer: $1,513.31
• Interior Painting: $667.21
• Electrical: $562.15
• Plumbing: $542.48
• Drywall Work: $408.77
• Contingency: $755.71
• Dumpster: $378.80
• Total: ~$14,676

I also share how we increased rents from $700 to $1,925 by adding in-unit laundry, along with other amenities and upgrades, why we started advertising before the renovation was finished, and the one thing we wouldn't do again (that backsplash).
