Meet Angelei — also known as Lee Lee — an influencer with more than 5 million TikTok followers and now officially the 12th member of the Glow House. Her announcement, however, drew pushback from some viewers who claimed she was “in too much drama.” While it’s unclear what situations they were referring to, Angelei addressed the criticism directly, saying she isn’t the problematic person people make her out to be.

Angelei first gained traction on TikTok posting lip syncs and dance videos, but skyrocketed after a comedic video about brushing her tongue went viral with more than 27 million views. Today, she’s best known for her goofy humor, exaggerated reactions, and silly lip syncs — a style that sometimes attracts negativity, though most fans love her playful personality.

Some viewers also pointed out the double standard in the backlash toward her and Neveah — the only two Black members of the Glow House — questioning why their introductions were met with more negativity than others. Angelei hasn’t directly responded but did like comments calling out the bias.
