Hellboy Suite | Hellboy (Original Soundtrack) by Marco Beltrami

Hellboy is a very underrated comic book franchise in my opinion, and I very much wish Guillermo del Toro was able to make Hellboy 3 and finish the trilogy the way he wanted. The first film had a great score I'm eager to make more suites for in the future, and the main theme for Hellboy is such an underlooked piece of comic book movie music. A simple six note motif played on brass, with a thumping bass riff in the background, Hellboy's is heroic and badass, fitting the darker and horror-focused character's roots. Towards the end however, it does reach superhero splendor and heroics, while still keeping it's darker and menacing undertones.
