Framing Video for New Single Family Residential House Part 2 - Dervo Developers LLC

We’re back on our single family build, the framing crew ran through this project in no time. They erected the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor walls and the house really came to shape. This is a 3BR, 3Full, 2Half single family residence with a rooftop. We decided to put the rooftop in the rear so not to disrupt the front elevation and have it fit the neighborhood. We’ve already gotten great feedback from the neighbors. This ones going to be a beaut!

We are building a 3,000 sf single-family home, all with 2x6 perimeter walls and engineered floor joists. First floor had 9’ ceilings, second floor and loft have 8’.
