Now that we have the house fully sheathed with the roof shingles on and windows installed, we can get started on the brains of the build: all the mechanical trades, which are the MEP’s.... Mechanical Electrical Plumbing trades.

These are all the pipes, ducts, and wires that nobody sees or thinks twice about yet are the most critical part of the project. It’s one of the most crucial aspects of the build that can not be overlooked. This is when all the forward-thinking planning comes into play where all your cabinet locations, light fixture placement, air supply registers, and every other fixture in the house must be strategically placed. This is definitely not the glamorous part of the project yet the most vital. Here’s a quick glimpse of that process on our single-family project.
