4 Reasons Buddy Rich Is One Of The Greatest Drummers Ever

Buddy Rich is potentially the greatest drummer of all time, the best drummer ever, the goat, the most influential and the most divisive drummer to ever play the instrument.

Since making my first video reacting (cringe) to his playing, I've really grown to love and appreciate what he did for drumming as a whole. In this video, I'm going in depth into 4 elements of his playing that made him unique and stand out from his peers - essentially, what I believe made Buddy Rich the drummer he was. I hope you enjoy.

I'll be doing more videos like this in the future on a variety of drummers, it just made sense to me to start with someone as recognisable as Buddy. Also, it kinda works chronologically too.
