How to Make Your Own Rock Climbing Holds

*Ive actually upgraded to t-nuts and SHCS now so my process is updated a bit from the video. I drill the bolt hole in the foam slightly, as well as a larger counter bore for the bolt head. When I layer the silicone on the foam, I press a good bit down into the bolt hole. The mold dries and the bolt hole creates a nipple in the negative mold. I then place a 3/8 washer on this nipple before pouring the resin, so the bolt head is reinforced.

-Dry Floral Foam
-100% Clear Silicone
-Dish Soap
-Cheese Cloth
-Fiberglass Resin
-Sheetrock Sand Additive
-Oil Based paint
