It’s been three weeks training with just dumbbells and it’s been a nice break from the gym, but I can’t wait to get in a good gym session. For right now, these workouts have been amazing. I did 8-12 reps x 4 rounds
1. Lateral squats with single arm shoulder press
2. Sissy squat with front raise
3. Hollow body flutter kicks with tris extensions
4. RDLs with alt side lateral lunges
5. Hollow body chest presses
6. Reverse lunges with alt arm biceps curls
