Automatic Double-Clipper ICA by Poly-clip System: the next generation – for economical packaging of larger products.

The ICA (iris-clipper) tackles the larger items. Developed especially for large product calibres, it closes fibrous, collagen and plastic casings. The modified, unique iris separator makes this automatic machine even faster – speeds of up to 60 cycles per minute can now be achieved. In order to improve what is already good all details need to be tested. Therefore the ICA was equipped with the SAFETY TOUCH allowing for even easier operation of the machine – with a 10'' display, shock-proof and easy to clean. Individually assignable manual functions can be easily set on the operating level in order to correspond to the respective production processes. The ICA’s flexible PC control corresponds to the very latest state-of-the-art standards. An optional production data acquisition (PDA) via WS-Food Standard can be upgraded at any time.

Der ICA (Iris-Clipper) macht die großen Sachen. Speziell für große Kaliber entwickelt, verschließt er Faser-, Collagen- und Kunststoffdärme. Der modifizierte, einzigartige Irisverdränger macht den Automaten noch schneller – es werden nun bis zu 60 Takte pro Minute erreicht. Um Gutes zu verbessern, müssen alle Details auf den Prüfstand. Deshalb wurde der ICA mit einem SAFETY TOUCH für die einfache Maschinenbedienung ausgestattet – mit einem 10“ Display, bruchsicher und leicht zu reinigen. Individuell belegbare Bedienfelder für manuelle Funktionen lassen sich einfach, entsprechend den Produktionsabläufen, auf der Bedienebene einstellen. Mit der flexiblen PC-Steuerung ist der ICA auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Optional ist die Betriebsdatenerfassung WS-Food Standard jederzeit nachrüstbar.
