CAREER ADVICE to help YOUNG PEOPLE avoid the traps of employment and accidental career paths. People spend years in education at school, college and university, only to stumble into the first job they are offered and then 20 years later find themselves in a career they hate!

Choosing a career is often a choice that is made out of necessity or by accident, rather than preference. Job satisfaction is at an all-time low for all groups including Millenials, graduates, 30 year olds and 40 year olds.

It has never been more important than it is now to make the right choices at the start of your career to ensure you have the freedom and flexibility to evolve as you move through life.
