Beetroot Dip & Carrot Dip - The Turkish Way

Ever wonder how your Turkish restaurants make their delicious carrot dip and beetroot dip?

TURKISH CARROT DIP
Ingredients:
1. 3 medium to large carrots
2. 1 juicy garlic
3. About 400 g full fat Greek style yogurt*
4. Salt to taste
5. 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil to cook
6. Olives and olive oil to serve

TIPS:
*Cook carrots until carrots are soft in texture and breakable. You can add your 3rd spoon of olive oil, or more, to the pan as required.

*Remember, you can always add more yogurt depending on the thickness of your overall mix. If it's too thick you can even add a dash of water.

Also the salt really enhances the flavour so take your time with taste testing!

TURKISH BEETROOT DIP
Ingredients:
1. 2 medium to large beetroots
2. 1 juicy garlic
3. About 400 g full fat Greek style yogurt*
4. Salt to taste
5. olive oil to cook
6. Olives and olive oil to serve

TIPS:
*Remember, you can always add more yogurt depending on the thickness of your overall mix.
