Vata is light, dry, and cold. Therefore to balance, heaviness, moisture, and heat are needed.
An ideal ayurvedic morning routine for kapha dosha includes:
- tongue cleaning
- nasya
- karna purana
- abhyanga
- meditation
- pranayama
- hatha slow yoga
- warm, digestive tea
