AMAZING paint wash dresser makeover- paint dipped technique

Ever have a project that constantly challenges your initial plan for it? This piece went through several scenarios in my mind before I finally ended up here!
Using a gorgeous custom mixed paint colour for the base and a custom mixed paint wash for the woodgrain, changing the lower drawer pulls, etc, this piece is both beautiful and completely one of a kind now.

I do a LOT of mid century restorations where I try to keep as much of the natural woodgrain as possible. This mass produced, mid century department store dresser was the perfect candidate for something a little different. I love how it turned out.
