Ooops! Making Mistakes- What I did Wrong & How I Would Do It Differently Today

Making mistakes is a part of life AND this business, but my motto has always been, "when you know better, do better." I chose 5 previous videos from last year to talk about. A few of the "mistakes" are more-so things I would simply do differently today, having learned and gained more experience, but a couple were ACTUALLY mistakes that I wanted to share. These are by no means the ONLY mistakes I've made over the years, haha, but they are things I wanted to mention.

Please note, that a "mistake" to one person might not necessarily be to someone else. For example, some techniques or outcomes have more than one way of arriving at the same place. It doesn't alway mean one is right and the others aren't. If there isn't a safety issue, and no damage occurs, it doesn't always matter exactly how we arrive at the same conclusion or outcome. Just my two cents. Be kind to people, even if you think they are making a mistake. There are ways to educate and guide people that don't involve belittling and rudeness... something I think many people have forgotten somehow.

ANYWHO... I hope this video helps at least a few people avoid some of the mistakes I've made in the past. :-)
