IBIZA - BEST FOOD on the ISLAND - vlog

In this vlog, we travel to the island of Ibiza in Illes Balears of Spain to try the Ibizan cuisine. If you are a foodie, be sure to visit Ibiza. The cuisine combines Southern Spanish fare with the local ingredients and preparations of the island.

We venture to the laidback city of Santa Eulalia to dine at one of the first restaurants to open in Ibiza, Celler Can Pere. This restaurant was recommended by Michelin multiple times. We try a 5-course meal starting with tapas, then local seafood "marisco and pescado" and langostino, and Ibiza wine, as well as the digestive liquor Frigola - distinctive to the region.
