This is "Dog Beach." It is located in California between Morro Bay and Cayucos. It is an off leash dog beach. It is a mile long stretch of a beach that is landlocked so dogs can't run off.

Winston and Nevaeh met a Labrador, a German Wire-haired Pointer puppy, a Belgian Malinois, a German Shepherd, an Australian Shepherd, and a Bull Terrier puppy.
