Drink water before going to bed
By drinking water before bed, your hormones, energy levels, muscles and joints become balanced. This helps you relax and leaves you feeling rejuvenated in the morning. While you sleep, water has the time to reach every part of your body and replenish it fully. In time, you will be able to sleep more soundly and consistently by drinking water before bed, leaving your muscles, vitamins and minerals in harmony.
Choose a blanket that keeps you warm
The right blanket can warm your bones and swaddle you in security. "People seem to sleep best at temperatures between 62 and 70 degrees F," says Alice Hoagland, director of Insomnia Services at the Unity Sleep Disorders Center in Rochester, N.Y.
Put the alarm across the room
The toughest part of the morning is simply getting out of bed. So fix an alarm across the room. so, you cant hit the snooze button.
Schedule your most important plans for the morning
Planning for the next day will help you to get up early with a fresh mind and lot of energy.
Turn off the phone
Reason for that, you know that. Right?
Sleep in total darkness
Artificial light exposure at night suppresses release of the sleep-promoting hormone melatonin, its produced in the dark.
Read a book - not online, so you cant browse away from it.
Reading a book before going to bed is good for you in many different ways. First, it helps to calm the nerves by eliminating excess sound and vision stimulus. Curling up with a good book in bed can help to calm the nerves and relax the mind.
