Dominican Style Chicken Empanadas | Pastelitos de Pollo | Chef Zee Cooks

Dominican style chicken empanadas and pastelitos are a must for family get togethers and the holidays! These tasty finger foods are a insanely delicious and will instantly become a family favorite. Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Small Onion
¼ cup Red & Green Bell Peppers
3-4 Mashed Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Olives *optional
1 tbsp Light Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
⅛ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Dominican Orégano
½ tbs Sazón
1 Lime
½ tbs Sazón
Olive OIl
Black Pepper to Taste
Kosher Salt if Needed
Empanada Dough
Canola or Vegetable Oil for Frying
All Purpose Flour
